Join your financial industry peers and Access Softek staff at our sixth annual Client Conference, September 30 – October 3.

This intensive three-day series of panels, sessions, and discussions will strengthen best practices in mobile and online banking, connect you with financial industry peers, explore our MorpheusSM digital banking platform, and explore the inevitable “mobile tipping point” and what it means for users and institutions.

Where is the event?

For several years we’ve held our conference at the Hilton Garden Inn in Emeryville, California. Conveniently located between beautiful Berkeley and exciting Oakland, the hotel offers great views of the Bay.

Every year we dive deep into our recent features, our development roadmap, and the evolution of digital banking in general and our software in particular. We love customer presentations! Whether you’re a solo presenter or have a group of co-workers to present with you, we’d love to hear about your ideas.

What will we accomplish?

Here’s a look at 2017 Client Conference accomplishments:

  • We offered five simultaneous programming tracks.
  • 25 FIs made 85 Rapid Deployment feature requests for MFM and Orpheus (over twice as many as last year), and we went live on five times as many of these requests before you even made it back home.
  • Over 40 Tech Support one-on-one sessions helped 30+ FIs resolve issues, close tickets, and learn more.
  • You helped us run 60 Usability Testing scripts to make our software even better.
  • 13 clients improved their online banking channel through our Orpheus Oil Change sessions.
  • All FIs received a personalized installation of our new Account Opening product along with an invitation to a hands-on configuration workshop with the product team.
  • All work and no play? Not at our conference. Almost 30 of you raced drones, 60 of us went out to 9 Bay Area restaurants, and we sailed 3 boatloads of you out onto the beautiful sunset waters of the San Francisco Bay.
