The first step in our deployment process is to assign an Access Softek Implementation Manager to your team. This introduction facilitates the setting of expectations and lays the groundwork for clearly defined project milestones. This groundwork will be set during the Project Launch Meeting.


The Project Launch Meeting

The project launch meeting is intended to explain the entire project implementation process and provide answers to any of your questions on the project. 

The Access Softek Implementation Manager will contact you directly to organize the Project Launch Meeting. We ask that your team include system administrators, data processing engineers, and any other individual responsible for providing input on what technical considerations need to be assessed. These technical considerations will be critical to customizing your Configuration Center.


The Configuration Center

The Configuration Center is designed to assist financial institutions in the successful installation and setup of their deployment. This provides information and guidance on the tasks and resources required and on how to best manage and execute the implementation.
